It has following types ofusers – a)Department’s field users at PIUs – These users haveaccess toupload daily progress on various structures under theirpackage,with live photograph of site. b) Department’s Head OfficeUsers –These users will have access to define various structuresalong theexpress-way, their weightages in overall package andtheircompletion targets through portal. In Haryana smallfarmers areeligible to subsidy upto 85% (Center Share + StateShare) forinstallation of Micro-Irrigation Systems (Drip/Sprinkler)underPradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojna (PMKSY). Under thisschemewilling farmers can apply on-line onportalminet.hortharyana.gov.in Once the registered vendors completetheinstallation of Drip or Sprinkler system for a farmer,thedepartment officials or independent verification agencieswillvisit the field and using this App they will verifyfollowingaspects of installation – a) Quantity of each component asdefinedin the project estimate b) Quality checklist (about 10pointschecklist) c) GPS Co-ordinates of each corner of the farm.(The Appwill compute the area) d) On-site Photograph of theinstallation(preferably with farmer) The App has the feature tosave the dataoffline (local storage) for later submission, forcases whereinternet connectivity is poor.

In Assam small farmers(<5Ha.) are eligible to subsidy upto 85% (Center Share+ StateShare)for installation of Micro-Irrigation Systems (Drip/Sprinkler)under Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojna (PMKSY).Under thisscheme willing farmers can apply on-line on portalminetassam.inOnce the registered vendors complete the installationof Drip orSprinkler system for a farmer, the department officialsorindependent verification agencies will visit the field andusingthis App they will verify following aspects of installation –a)Quantity of each component as defined in the project estimateb)Quality checklist (about 12 points checklist) c) GPSCo-ordinatesof each corner of the farm. (The App will compute thearea) d)On-site Photograph of the installation (preferably withfarmer) TheApp has the feature to save the data offline (localstorage) forlater submission, for cases where internet connectivityis poor.
